Sand Monitoring Services Ltd will consistently provide products and services that meet or exceed the requirements and expectations of our customers. We will actively pursue ever improving quality through programs that enable each employee to do their job right the first time and every time.

SMS Ltd has clear objectives that are to be fulfilled to bring value and benefit to the company. Our objectives have to be measurable and will have clearly defined, set timeframes. The objectives are to be set out and reviewed during strategic planning to enable SMS Ltd to deliver our mission and encompass a range of financial and non financial objectives.

The establishment of a process driven quality system includes the preparation of documented QMS procedures and instructions in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard and the effective implementation of the documented quality system procedures and instructions.It is also our policy to maintain that documented quality system. In meeting specified requirements, timely consideration is given to the following activities:

The preparation of quality plans and a quality manual in accordance with the specified requirements;

The identification and acquisition of any controls, processes, inspection equipment, fixtures, total production resources, and skills that may be needed to achieve the required quality;

The updating, as necessary, of quality control, inspection, and testing techniques, including the development of new instrumentation;

The identification of any measurement requirement involving capability that exceeds the known state of the art in sufficient time for the needed capability to be developed;

The clarification of standards of acceptability for all features and requirements, including those which contain a subjective element;

The identification and preparation of quality records

The Managing Director of Sand Monitoring Services Ltd has formulated the quality policy. The policy is explained and discussed at the general orientation training given to all new employees and has been reviewed with all current employees. All employees are expected to know what the quality policy means to them as it affects their role within the company. The policy is posted in prominent locations throughout the facility
